Mia

Most of the albums on the site feature images from a single instance of photographing someone but a few of them, like this one of Mia, contain two. The majority of them which start from the beginning are from early 2019. Mia being in her element bouncing from spot to spot at her place, but she’s forgone anything that might fancify her appearance, a face bare of anything beyond skin itself and her hair down then employing a hair tie at one point. The other images are from two years prior and they’re of a much more crafted Mia. Now, me being a guy and having no claim to her or what she does with her body, it goes without saying that both versions are welcomed and supported. Mia herself mentioned that at the time of her first portraits with me, she was under the belief that she needed to look a certain way and only some time later within that two year span did she stop caring enough to go against the grain. Easier said than done so credit given where due.
